Account details (name, email, phone, county, garage name), your ads and photos, and anonymous counts of views and Call/WhatsApp/Email taps on ads. If you use the vehicle finder and leave contact details, we store your request so a seller can help.

To run your account and ads, connect buyers with sellers, prevent fraud and improve the site. Legal basis: contract, legitimate interest, and consent where you give it.

Contact details on an ad are public so buyers can reach you. We use trusted hosting and AI providers to run the site; they process data only on our instructions.

We only use essential storage to keep you signed in and avoid double-counting views. No advertising or tracking cookies. If we add any, we'll ask your consent first.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Email privacy@motorpost.ie from your account email — we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Sold or expired ads are removed after 12 months; accounts until you delete them.
