Terms of use

1. What we are

MotorPost.ie is an advertising platform. We are not a party to any sale — contracts are directly between buyer and seller.

2. Your ads

You must own, or be authorised to sell, the vehicle. Details (price, mileage, NCT/CVRT, VAT status) must be accurate. Clocked, stolen, written-off-but-undeclared or finance-outstanding vehicles must not be advertised without disclosure.

3. Garages and trade

Trade sellers must identify as a business. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply to trade sales. Subscriptions are monthly with no contract.

4. Buyers

Inspect vehicles in person and run history checks. Never send money before viewing.

5. Content we remove

We may remove ads or accounts that are misleading, fraudulent, abusive or breach Irish law.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate but can't guarantee any ad. Nothing here limits rights you have under Irish consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Questions: support@motorpost.ie.
